What if you could replace herbicides, spray rigs, and chemical inputs with a fleet of small autonomous robots quietly weeding between crop rows at 3.5 miles per hour? That's exactly what Clint Brauer set out to build — and after seven years, Greenfield Robotics is operating in 16 states with paying customers, backing from Chipotle, and a mission rooted in something deeply personal.

Clint's journey started when his father was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. He moved back from California, began farming over 100 crops, and built what he believes was the first regenerative supply chain in the United States. When he hit a wall he couldn't break through without new tools, he reluctantly founded Greenfield Robotics. Today, those robots don't just weed — they foliar feed, they talk back to farmers through a voice-based AI app, and they're being sold and leased across the country.

In this episode, Clint breaks down the technology, the business model evolution from robotics-as-a-service to direct sales, why Chipotle invested, and why he believes autonomous robots will eventually replace not just chemicals, but tractors and spray rigs altogether.
